Poster competition is open to all students (Graduates, Post Graduates and Research Scholars) who are first author as well as the presenting author of an abstract submitted for poster presentation at Catscience 2024. The prizes will be awarded to the posters judged the best based on the content of the poster, the quality of the visual display of information on the poster, and the ability of the presenter to successfully and succinctly present the subject matter in it.
All the winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of the conference. The decision of the winner will be withdrawn if the winner/winners is/are not present at the time of announcement.
The Fourth International Conference on Catalysis Science and Chemical Engineering
June 29 – July 01, 2026 | Palazzo Corrado Alvaro, Reggio Calabria, Italy
We are delighted to welcome you to the Fourth International Conference on Catalysis Science and Chemical Engineering (CatScience 2026). Following the success of our previous editions, this year’s conference marks a significant milestone as we gather in the historic and scenic city of Reggio Calabria, Italy, for the first time.
Building on a legacy of fostering scientific dialogue, CatScience 2026 has evolved into a key international platform for advancing collaboration in the fields of catalysis, chemical engineering, and materials science. With its continued expansion across Europe, the conference aims to strengthen its reputation as a hub for groundbreaking research and interdisciplinary discussion, bridging the gap between fundamental science and industrial application.
On behalf of the conference chairs and the entire organizing committee, it is our distinct pleasure to extend a warm invitation to researchers, academic professionals, industry leaders, early-career scientists, and graduate students from across the globe. Your participation and contributions are the driving force behind this event, and we are deeply grateful for your confidence in our vision.
The conference will be held at the prestigious Palazzo Corrado Alvaro in the heart of Reggio Calabria. This inspiring academic setting provides the perfect backdrop for the exchange of knowledge and ideas, overlooking the stunning coastline of Southern Italy.
We hope that during your time here, you will not only benefit from the rigorous scientific discussions but also take the opportunity to explore the rich culture, exceptional cuisine, and unique charm that Reggio Calabria has to offer. From its ancient history to the breathtaking views of Sicily across the strait, the city provides a truly memorable experience.
As we gather to share our latest findings and insights, we are also strengthening a global community dedicated to shaping the future of catalysis and chemical engineering. It is our sincere hope that this 2026 edition of CatScience leaves you inspired, motivated, and well-connected for future collaborations.
Thank you for joining us in Reggio Calabria. We look forward to a productive, enriching, and enjoyable conference over the coming days.
In the rapidly evolving fields of chemical engineering and materials science, many of today’s technological challenges are closely linked to the performance, design, and optimization of catalytic systems. From energy conversion and chemical synthesis to environmental protection and industrial processing, catalysis continues to serve as a cornerstone of modern science and engineering.
CatScience 2026 is structured to address these challenges by providing a focused academic platform where theoretical insights, experimental research, and industrial perspectives converge. The conference emphasizes the role of catalysis in enabling sustainable processes, improving technological efficiency, and supporting innovation across chemical and process technologies.
The primary objective of CatScience 2026 is to promote interdisciplinary collaboration among researchers working in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, and related scientific disciplines. By facilitating dialogue between fundamental researchers, applied scientists, and industry experts, the conference aims to accelerate progress in catalytic materials, reaction mechanisms, reactor design, and process engineering.
